A Morning Request
Hey Cross Connection Church. It's early—I haven't even really started my day. I just dropped my kids off at school this morning, and I was reading through Deuteronomy.
This weekend we are going to be in . We have a great passage talking about the cities of refuge—and what those have to do with us. Then next weekend, has some statutes from the Lord about warfare, which should be interesting.
Looking Ahead to Deuteronomy 21
The following week we come to , which is kind of a mishmash of interesting customs and statutes from the Lord. As I was reading through these, I was thinking about how I'm going to approach it. I might approach this just a little bit differently than I normally would.
So I'm asking you to do me a favor. Take some time to read , jot down your thoughts and your ideas, and if you have some questions about the passage—and I think it might cause you to have some questions—then send them my way.
How to Send Your Questions
You can text those questions to 760-814-1223, or you can email them to questions@pastormiles.com.
So read . It's kind of a weird passage—I think there are some things in there that are going to make you go, "Hmm, what's that all about?" Send me your thoughts and your questions at 760-814-1223 or questions@pastormiles.com.
All right—see you later.
